ROAR FLORIDA 5k Color Run

The ROAR FLORIDA 5K is a chip-timed road race held at the Sun ‘n Fun Expo Campus at Lakeland Linder International Airport in Lakeland, Florida.
This course offers a unique race environment, taking runners through the active grounds of one of the largest aviation expos in the United States. Participants will run through the heart of the Sun ‘n Fun campus, surrounded by aircraft displays, aviation infrastructure, and open runway and tarmac sections.
This is also a color run, so come ready to stand out. Wear your most colorful outfit, get creative, and expect bursts of color along the course. Whether you’re racing for time or running for the experience, this is your chance to bring the energy and make the course as vibrant as the mission behind it.
Proceeds from this event support ROAR FLORIDA and its mission to provide inclusive living and community opportunities for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Get ready to run where Florida shows off. Run The Point is more than a race—it’s a celebration of community parks, healthy living, and the wild beauty of our coastal preserves.
This scenic route winds through stunning shoreline trails with unforgettable views of Tampa Bay, the iconic Sunshine Skyway Bridge, and even glimpses toward Egmont Key on a clear day. Along the way, keep your eyes open for Florida wildlife—spoonbills, osprey, and other native birds soar overhead, and if you’re lucky, you may spot a gopher tortoise tucked along the trail.

Mayor’s 5k Run/Walk

Mayor’s 5k benefits Haines City’s Relay for Life. Participants will begin at Lake Eva Park, run around the beautiful lake and end at the park. Registration is $25 and all participants will receive a t-shirt. Trophies will given to the top male and female finisher.

We are thrilled to announce the 2nd Annual 5K Run and 1-Mile Fun Run/Walk hosted by Club-214 Land & Sea, an event dedicated to supporting our nation’s veterans and their families. All proceeds will go directly to the mission of Club-214 Land & Sea — uniting veterans, fostering camaraderie, and providing essential support.
Our mission at Club-214 Land & Sea is simple but powerful: to help veterans thrive by offering crucial resources for mental health, transition assistance, and job placement opportunities. With your support, we aim to enhance the lives of those who have served our country and help them transition back into civilian life with the resources and network they need to succeed.

Whether you’re a seasoned runner, a first-time participant, or just looking to have some family fun, the Responders First 5K and 1 Mile Family Fun run/Walk has something for everyone. Put on your costume and enjoy a scenic run, music, and more. This event is designed to bring the community together to support ALL first responders including military, firefighters, EMS, police, and healthcare workers.

Beautiful Custom Awards will be presented to the top 3 Male and Female finishers and Age Group Awards will be presented to the top Male and Female finisher in each Age Group.
STAGE FRIGHT WALK & 5K

Whether you’re running your personal best, walking with your friends and family, or showing off your favorite costume, this spirited event is a perfect way to support community, creativity, and the magic of live theatre.
Participants of all ages are invited to join us at TBD for a family-friendly experience filled with music, costumes, and halloween fun. Costumes are highly encouraged—from spooky to silly, theatrical to totally outrageous.
Every step supports the mission of The Naples Players: building community through exceptional access to the power of theatre. Proceeds help provide high-quality productions, arts education programs, and inclusive opportunities that make performing arts accessible to all.

Run Manatee Series – Rye Preserve 5k

RUN Manatee 5k series offers THREE adventures to celebrate ONE community. Participants will discover Manatee County’s parks, beaches and preserves… on the run! The final event of the series will be held on Saturday, November 21st at Rye Preserve in Parrish, FL. The 5K run/walk presented by Run with Purpose Nutrition will allow runners to explore this beautiful slice of old Florida on mixed terrain. The preserve’s trail system leads visitors through four distinctive ecosystems, including sand pine scrub, xeric oak scrub, oak hammocks and the river community. Look closely for a glimpse of the variety of interesting creatures that can be seen in these areas including the rare gopher tortoise and Florida scrub-jay.
Warm up will be provided by a local fitness trainer, and yoga cooldown by a local yoga instructor. Participants of all age and activity levels are welcome to this day of fitness, food and family fun! Grab a healthy breakfast/lunch or shop local vendors in the marketplace.. there’s plenty to do even if you’re not running!
