Performance Race Timing offers professional timing services for your 1-mile Fun Run, 5k, 10k, Half Marathon, Marathon and Duathlon events! Our expertise extends to full-scale event management, including everything from initial planning and online registration to post-race results. Using the RACE RESULT passive timing system with the latest passive chip technology, we provide live, accurate results displayed on TVs and kiosks and on our website within seconds of participants crossing the finish line. Equipment We Use
Race Result Decoder
The Decoder plays a key role in race timing, capturing signals from transponders to accurately record finishing times & transmit this information to scoring systems or directly online. This device operates independently from computers & external power sources, storing all participant data securely.
Ground Antenna
The Folding Ground Antenna from RACE RESULT is specifically designed for broad-scale running events, offering a reliable and efficient method for gathering race participant data. Its innovative folding design ensures it is a go-to choice for accurate and hassle-free race timing.
Track Boxes
Track Boxes provide a highly flexible and mobile solution for timing additional splits along the race course, enhancing the experience for spectators with live tracking and dynamic leaderboards. Their ease of use and portability make setting up extra timing points straightforward, even in remote locations.

Online Registration
We partner RunSignUp, the industry’s leading event registration platform, to create a secure customized online registration site specific to your event, including branding and donation options.
Finish Line
We will provide and setup your finish line area, including a primary and backup timing system, an inflatable finish line arch, and a two-sided digital time clock.
Online, Email & Text Results
We will have an online version of the Overall and Age Groups posted on our results page before we leave your event. Individual results are also sent directly to each participant via email and text after the event.
Race Director Checklist

Sound/PA System
We can provide a Sound/PA system for race announcements and call-out/celebration of Overall & Age Group award winners. We have an extensive, family friendly Spotify playlist to get create a festive, high-energy running atmosphere for your event.
Redundancy
Our Race Result® equipment leads the industry with an accuracy rating of 99.99%. Your race will include a Finish-Line video camera capturing each athlete crossing the Finish Line. This video will be uploaded to RunSignUp and linked to each participant clock time.
Race Bib Numbers
All our timed events include free RACE RESULT Bibs for the first 200 participants. If you want a custom bib for your event, we can certainly provide them. Custom bibs are great way to celebrate your event and highlight your sponsors.
Live Results Kiosks
Real-time Overall and Age-Group results for finishers are available at our Results Tent on both TVs and self-serve result kiosks. We also offer a Selfie Results TV, where participants can enter their Bib Number and take a Selfie with their time and placement to share on social media with friends!
